There are some things that are considered only in India and amaze the whole world. These are what makes India different from other countries.

* "Atithi Devo Bhava" (Guest is the form of God). This thinking is the gift of Indian civilization and culture. In India, since ancient times guests have been treated as gods. The whole world is aware of this thinking and respect. 

* "Daughters and daughters-in-law are the form of Goddesses", this is not only believed in India but actually daughters are worshipped in some festivals like Navratri. 

* Cow is considered as "mother". Even though people of all countries drink cows' milk giving her the status of mother and treating her like a mother happens only in India.

Indians call her "Bhagwati", "Go Mata", "Go Devi", etc. Cows' milk contains a lot of Nutrition. Everyone gets adequate nutrition from cow milk just like an infant gets it from a mother's milk, that is why, in India, the cow is compared to a mother.

* Rivers are called "mother" and seas are called "God", rivers and seas are the sources of water, and water is the source of life for all living beings. just as a mother protects her children from every trouble, and support them in their difficulties, in the same way, the water of seas and rivers also give support to all living beings in their adverse circumstance and help them to survive.

* Notebooks and books are called "Goddess Saraswati". Goddess Saraswati is the Goddess of knowledge and wisdom. Therefore on the day of "Vasant Panchami", in every Hindu house, at the place of the statue of goddess Saraswati, books and notebooks are kept and worshiped, even touching them with legs is considered wrong.

* All kinds of machinery things are considered to be the residence of Lord Vishwakarma 

Lord Vishwakarma is the god of creation. It is believed that he is the former of the whole universe, and he resides in all types of machinery things. Therefore all kinds of machineries are worshiped in "Vishwakarma Puja" a festival.

* Protection of proteges, since the beginning, India has believed that no matter where the protege comes from or what is his status, he should be given full assurance of protection, love, respect, and affection. 

Such beliefs differentiate India from all other countries.
