* Consumption of water- It is one of the major ways to escape from heat stroke. If the amount of water in the body is balanced then the chances of heat stroke reduces. Everybody whether old, young, or child should drink water frequently. This will not make the body dehydrated.
* consumption of juicy and watery foods and vegetables- The consumption of juicy and watery fruits and vegetables like tomato, bottle gourd, cucumber, ridge gourd, watermelon, mask melon, etc. are very beneficial in the summer season because they contain much water, minerals, and all required nutrients that help the body to fight with heat stroke.
*Consumption of Curd and Lassi- Curd and Lassi have plenty of proteins and are rich in electrolytes. Drinking Lassi daily helps to keep the body's heat under control and keep the body cool in excessive heat. It is also beneficial for the digestion of food and blows up an appetite.
