Why is Dubai flooded on 16 April 2024 and what is the scientific reason behind it?

As we all know Dubai is situated on a desert. There is sand all over Dubai, then how is it possible Dubai will be flooded on 16 April 2024.

Dubai got torrential rainfall on 16 April 2024, gradually the flood water came on the roads, railway stations, airports, and then each and every place in Dubai.

The scientific reason behind the flood in Dubai

According to the scientists, Dubai got a severe flood because of "Cloud Seeding".

What is Cloud Seeding?

'Cloud seeding' is a process of making artificial rain. Dubai is a city of sand. It has plenty of oil mines instead of water in its underground. Therefore, there is a big scarcity of water there. Water is more expensive than oil there.

Therefore Dubai has to fulfill the necessity of water through two methods, purifying the seawater, and the second one is Cloud Seeding, in this process, silver iodide, dry ice, and common salt, are pushed into the clouds by the airplane as a result rain is forced by the cloud, but this time, this process becomes unsuccess and resulting negative, because of what, Dubai is suffering the consequences.
