Although CAA rule has brought for those migrant people, who have been living in India for the last 10 to 12 years. Until now, they were living in great suffering and could not get any kind of government facility, but now, the Modi government has understood their problems and brought this law for them.

1)This law does not take away the rights of any citizen but gives rights to those who have been living in India for the last 10 to 12 years, without any facilities.

2) Every procedure related to CAA will be completed online. No offline facility has been provided.

3) Those migrants who came from neighboring countries like Pakistan, Bangladesh, and Afghanistan only they could apply for citizenship in India.

4) Applicants do not need to submit any documents for their application, except for one condition, all the applicants should enter before the date of 31st December 2014.

5) All the applicants can apply for citizenship by their personal mobile number and email ID.

6) CAA (Citizenship Amendment Act) is for giving legal rights to non-Muslim migrants from Pakistan, Afghanistan, and Bangladesh.

 7) CAA is very sensitive in some states in India, like West Bengal, Tamil Nadu, Assam, etc. Home Minister Amit Shah declared on 27 December 2023 that no one could stop to implementation of CAA law in India. So it is certain that CAA law will be implemented in every corner of the country.
