Moral education is most important to build one's personality. Although it never provides you any post in a company nor does it help to improve one's IQ level but it helps you to develop your personality and also it gives ideas which enable us to choose the right path in our life.

It also helps to improve morality and make a person worth it for a good society.

In the modern era, people are chasing technological knowledge and eager to adopt scientific knowledge, no one talks about moral education and moral knowledge, even parents are also emphasizing their children for growing technological knowledge. The whole world is chasing success but it forgot the main keys of success(morality) which indirectly takes the world towards success.

The success depends upon moral education

The success depends upon moral education but indirectly. Because success depends upon aptitude and on merit. And they are incomplete without moral education. A man never can be ultimate without having moral qualities. Therefore no knowledge is complete in which morality remains absent.

At the present time people never think about good qualities, they think only about earning more and more money. And as a result, humanity has been disappeared from inside humans even in children also many important qualities can't be seen which are prominent for developing one's personality.

Morality development is the responsibility of parents

Maximum times parents send their children to an institute to build their personality. But why do the parents forget that they are the first and the best teacher for their children to build their personality? And there is no need to send them to any personality developing institute. Because personality can be developed through moral education and a parent can teach morality at home.

The parents can teach them the important lessons of morality by insisting on them to bow in front of God and also in front of their elders, to speak politely to the elders as well as youngers, to greet the elders by touching their feet, to help the needy people, etc, etc.

Moral education in schools 

Moral education is important so some of the schools gave moral education a little bit of priority in their syllabus but it is merely a formality because there is no intention of the teachers to teach morality nor do the students have any intention to learn it. That's why it becomes the most important duty for parents to teach morality.

Moral education fills good culture, the good manner in a person and makes him different from others. So, it must be taught with great interest in schools as well as in homes.

Moral education in ancient times 

In ancient times, moral education used to be the first priority because earning money was not as important as it is important in the present time. So, at that time moral education was the basis of teaching. The merit of a person was certified on the basis of moral knowledge of that one. Therefore students had also to be interested to adopt such qualities.

In the present era, there is no place for moral education, neither in humans' lives nor in humans' minds. There is one thing in their mind and lives, and that is success at any cost. People are surviving only for earning money nothing else.
