In India, out of twelve months, four months are cold, and in the rest eight months people have to bear the heat. In them, the four months (April, May, June, and July)are scorching. That's why there is a great need for people to be alert in summer, especially in keeping the stomach right is very important. Therefore eating these things will help you a lot in summer.

Dahi, curd, or yogurt


* Dahi (curd or yogurt) Dahi is always good for the stomach. 


Lassi


In India, Lassi is the preferred drink in the summer season. Which is made with 80% of curd and 20% of water. Sugar and ice are also added to it. Apart from this, people eat curd after meals as a sweet dessert by adding sugar to it. It is helpful for digestion as well.


Sattu Sarbat


* Sattu (Gram flour)Sattu keeps the stomach cool. It is full of protein and fiber that's why it gives stamina to a person. It also comes under wholesome foods. Many people like to eat Sattu Sarbat. Although in India, Sarbat means a sweet refreshing drink but the Sattu Sarbat is usually made with salt. Chopped onion and green chili and lemon juice are also added.

Sattu Sarbat not only refreshes one body and mind but also gives stamina to a person. Many people like to eat Sattu by adding water, salt, or sugar to it according to their taste. Sattu Paratha is also famous in India. Sattu is prepared with salt, garlic, ginger, lemon juice, and mustered oil and stuffed to the doe of flour, and made Parathas.


Cucumber


* Cucumber,  although cucumber is eaten throughout the year in India. But in the summer season, its consumption goes rise. Cucumbers contain 90 % water and it fulfills the requirement of water in our body and keeps us away to get dehydration. In India cucumber is eaten in salads in every meal.


Watermelon


* Watermelon, watermelon contains 92% water thus it prevents dehydration in the summer season. Watermelon is one of the most delicious and nutritious summer fruit. The most beneficial factor of it is that it keeps the stomach cool and keeps away all kinds of stomach diseases.


Lemon Juice

* Lemon juice, lemon is consumed the most in the summer season because it helps in digestion and increases appetite in the summer season. It contains Vitamin C thus it helps to keep the skin healthy. It refreshes the body and mind and reduces tiredness.


Green Tea

* Green tea, Although green tea must be taken daily in the summer, it must be taken two or three times a day. It keeps the stomach healthy and reduces belly fat.
