Such questions are asked in an interview oftentimes. But before answering the question one should have to know what is 'good job' to them who asked such questions.

Basically, we considered the jobs like helping needy people, helping elders as well as younger too. never hurt others, always listen to the parents and elders, etc, are counted as good jobs, and they introduce morality also. If the question is around such things then the answer is like this.

'Good deeds never be failed' did you ever hear this quote? Does the quote motivate you to do good jobs? The answer will be 'yes'. Because such quotes and search lines insist on us to do good jobs. But apart from this, the biggest source of motivation to do good jobs is our parents.

* Our parents are the biggest source of motivation for such things 

We learn to do good things from our parents and family. They teach us from our childhood, that good deeds never be failed. And good jobs always give good results. So we are coins of our parents and family to most of the good things. We get inspired by watching them help others and doing their jobs with dedication. So we too try to be like them. We observe our grandparents doing hard labor even after becoming old. So such things evoke us to do hard labor to achieve our target.

When we do a good job and get a good result too we get motivated by this. We become to ensure that good deeds always give a good result. When we are appreciated by the people whom we help, our belief in good jobs becomes stronger. "Good works result in good and bad results for bad work". We have been hearing this line from our childhood. So, when we apply them in our life, find the lines are true. And we try to become good human beings. Although, good jobs rarely give an instant result. But whenever the outcomes appear, are good always.

Punishment: for good deeds

* Our expectations 

Whenever we do something, expect a result whether it is good or bad. So our expectations are also responsible for insisting on us do good jobs.

Even though the results would be whatever, we always expect a good one. So we always try to do a good thing.

Apart from these three points, there are some other reasons also which insist on us for doing a good job such as,

* Belief in god

Those who believe in God and are afraid of his anger, it means to say that if anyone believes in God, he has a faith that God never helps those people who do not do a good job and would never do bad.

Even though it's a superstition for some guys, still such beliefs really push us towards goodness many times. If you believe in God then definitely the consideration would take you to goodness.
