Punctuality is one of the basic elements to make successful and a perfect human being. But maintaining punctuality always is a tough job for everyone. One can't be punctual always and everywhere. But it is true as well that the people who are habituated to becoming punctual never tolerate an unpunctual person.

But how comes punctuality inside a person or from where one learns it? 

First of all, we have to know that punctuality is not a quality but it is a habit. And habit is never made in a day. It needs time, effort, and dedication.

Apart from this, it needs:

* Favourable environment

* Parents' support 

* Determination 

 * Will power 

*  Passion 

* Favourable environment

I have mentioned this point because a favorable environment plays a big role in making anything successful. Therefore, similarly here too needs a favorable environment to make a child or a person punctual.

If in a house, no family member is punctual or where there is no punctuality for anything for anyone then it is very tough to become punctual for anyone in that home. In a house, people learn something only by watching each other.

* Parents' help

If someone wants to make their children punctual then they have to help their children. And would have to insist on them doing their regular activity on time. Moreover, for making their children punctual, first of all, they themselves have to be punctual.

They have to do their every work on time. Rather it will be more effective than forcing them to be punctual. Because children learn many things whether it is 'good' or 'bad' by watching their parents.

* Determination

Determination is the factor that makes anything successful. If anyone wants to be punctual he has to be determinant first then no obstacles and no excuses would make him unpunctual.

* Willpower 

Willpower makes a person strong and determined. Strong willpower kills every obstacle and stops a person to make any excuse against completing any work. Willpower makes a person responsible also.

* Passion

If you make it your passion to do every work on time then definitely you can become a punctual person, otherwise, for becoming unpunctual, there is no need for any factor. Because it's very easy to be unpunctual.

Apart from this, there are many excuses made automatically for not doing something on time. So, if you want to be punctual then ignore the easy life.
