* Unnecessary anger

* Jealousy- What is jealousy? It is a kind of negative thought because when we feel jealous of anyone, sometimes there is no control over our thoughts. It comes automatically inside us. We cannot stop our thinking from being wrong toward others. Our brain becomes disturbed when we feel jealous of anyone. All kinds of negative thoughts harm our personality and turn it into a negative one.

Such kinds of thoughts become heavy on our good thoughts and become successful to destroy them fully.

In jealousy, we often forget to differentiate between good and bad. And we do the things that we should not do ever.

Narcissism is a kind of thought in which people become the person giving most importance to themselves and considered themselves supreme and inferior to others. One becomes blind to Narcissism because, in it, a person sees all the shortcomings inside his as his quality.

Therefore, a person, who is a victim of narcissism, never be able to remove his inferiority from the inside. Such people lose their dignity because they are unable to know that the narcissism inside them, is doing harm to their image also.

* Unnecessary fear- Unnecessary fear can arise inside anyone, anytime, as well as anywhere too. Unnecessary fear is a kind of fear which is meaningless and arises due to our wrong thinking without any reason.

For example,

When any family member goes outside of the house and for some reason, it is getting late to return, then any meaningless thought occurs in the mind of any member of the family. Like," Perhaps there has been an accident somewhere" or "Maybe there has been any mishappenings occurring somewhere" etc.

There is no control over such kinds of thoughts. Neither do we become able to explain ourselves the right thing, then there is a kind of unnecessary fear that arises inside us.
