We all know that the changes that have happened in the last 20 years that is only because of the internet and social media. The contribution of the internet and social media to human life is enormous that can't be described merely in a few words.

Today we are dealing with a fair and scam-free market this is only because of the internet and social media. This is the only source that made people aware and also made people acquainted with severe situations and taught them how to deal with them. 

It is the internet and social media which helped to overcome the severe corona situation for the last 3 years. People got information related to coronavirus in various sectors and succeeded to protect themselves from search kinds of dreadful viruses.

It becomes easy for children also to learn their syllabus on mobile phones and laptops with the help of the internet. Those children who wear not able to pay a heavy amount of tuition fees can easily learn from various videos on YouTube.

We cannot interpret the contribution of the Internet and social media inside only one article rather a thick book can be written on it. But we can say all about the contribution of the Internet and social media in one sentence all the radical changes that we can see in our lives, this is only because of the Internet and social media. 

But everything has two faces, good and bad. This was the good part of it, but there is a bad part also.

What kind of role do the internet and social media play in maintaining the relationship?

The role of the internet and social media in maintaining the relationship is very less. In this matter, the contribution of the Internet and social media is comparatively less. 

Even though the human brain makes many things for a good purpose but some of us start using things in the wrong way then the disadvantaged part of those things starts to reveal itself.

After the arrival of social media and the internet, people got indulge in them. They spend most of their time on laptops, computers, and mobile phones. Each and every person remain busy on their own mobile phones and laptops despite being all family members inside a room together. 

Trying to maintain relationships on the Internet and through social media 

After the arrival of the Internet and social media, people start maintaining all kinds of relationships through chatting on WhatsApp, Facebook, and Twitter, and by speaking a few words on mobile phones. They don't feel the need for any evident meeting.

In this way, we will see, that the relationships between teenagers and elders become weaker and weaker due to the accessive use of the internet and social media.

People have no time for their relatives because they spend maximum time on mobile phones and with social media. Children are forgetting the manner of talking with elders because they less speak with them. They less share their problems with elders. Mostly in teenagers, such kinds of impact can be seen. If there is any family function they attend, children can be seen indulging with mobile phones.

The internet and social media play an important role in keeping children away from their customs and tradition

Today, it is seen that most children have no knowledge about their own customs, traditions, culture, etc. That is because they mostly spend their time playing games on mobile phones and chatting on the internet and social media. Even they look less interested in celebrating festivals because they like more to watch funny, interesting and sometimes dirty videos also on mobile phones.

Even though the internet and social media make our life easy and comfortable, it makes us addicted too. We can't live without the internet and social media even for a few minutes.

Whenever the balance of our internet connection goes away for a while, we become uneasy. Although everything depends on us that how would we use our things. We know what is good and what is bad. 

So, we should learn to handle anything for a good and relevant purpose. The internet and social media have been made to our advantage. So we should not misuse them at all.
