Which of the following attitudes does not associate with successful entrepreneurship?

Before answering the question, I would like to interpret "entrepreneur". 

"Entrepreneur" this word goes to those institutions, fields, or to those men who provide employment to more than five people. Any field or any person can be an entrepreneur. Like a small school, a swim Centre, a sewing centre, a dance academy, an institute, and training centre, etc. Because, in such places, more than five people work, and receive payments.

What attitudes are important for making successful a field or institution?

For making any institution or field successful, the man needs to be perfect who runs such things, and for that, a few qualities are important to have in him. 

* Politeness 

* Strictness 

* Intelligence

* Management 

* Confidence 

* Politeness

 * Politeness- In is an important attribute for making a field or an institution successful. If there are more than four people who work under your guideline, you need to have politeness. Otherwise, those people would not stand with you longer and would run away from your institution. But strictness also must be applied.

* Strictness- It is an attitude that is as important as politeness is important for making a successful institution. If the strictness will not be followed, every worker or employee will start doing their own thing and also they will start disobeying you. Then there will be no discipline and no rule in your institution.

* Intelligence- Intelligence is such a quality that can have inside even an uneducated man also. One can increase his intelligence by observing other successful entrepreneurs.

One can be able to take the right decision about his institution when he has proper intelligence. So we can include it in the list of requirements for successful entrepreneurship.

* Management- What is management? 

Management is a condition, under which any institution whether small or large runs smoothly. We can keep this requirement at the top of our list. Because it is an obvious factor for making an institution successful.

* Confidence- we can't avoid this quality to mention it in our list. Confidence, determination, firmness, are the things that make a man perfect for being an entrepreneur. it is a must.

If you would have confidence, you would be able to guide others attitudes.

Attitudes that do not need to have a

successful entrepreneur 

* Higher education- for successful entrepreneurship, higher education is not needed. If you have confidence, intelligence, management quality, you can successfully run your field.

Higher education does not provide you such qualities. But if you want to gain more knowledge about your field, you need higher education. Otherwise, it is enough for you to be educated.

* Being a capitalist- It is not necessary to be capitalist to be successful in any field or to make an institution successful. You can start your journey with a small capital also, and later on, you can make your journey successful with your effort, confidence, and intelligence.
