Never hide your faults But face them 

It's human nature that he always likes to say about his good parts and always tries to hide the weak parts of his life. But if anyone exposes his own fault then know, that he is bold, and an extraordinary man. We too, whenever do something plausible we say about it publicly and loudly. But we never dare to say about our faults even before our most close people.

But when we learn to realize our faults and to admit them, we achieve confidence and the fear goes away from our inside.

Reveal your own faults

Never give a chance to others to say about your faults, rather expose it yourself. By doing so, you would become a good man before them despite knowing about your flaws.

No one becomes wrong by saying about his shortcomings, but the shortcomings cover up a little by confessing them. And a different kind of relaxation you would feel.

So, if you do not like to listen about your shortcomings from others' mouths, then start saying them on your own.

Admitting mistakes makes you feel relaxed

You surely have noticed several times, that even though we succeed to conceal our faults for some time but there is a fear of revealing them that always bothers us. And eventually, we become failure to conceal them forever.

Then why don't reveal them by ourselves?

Always remember, that admitting mistakes never make fun of anyone rather, it is fun when you hide it and it is caught.

How to teach children to admit their mistakes?

It is a big quality of admitting mistakes. But people are often left out from developing such qualities. All human beings often adopt qualities from their families. We always observe the things that we see around us, and in our families. And we learn them also. We learn that we observe in our parents and in the family members.

Concealing faults, and telling lies, children learn from us. We often find our children telling lies and concealing faults.

But from where do they learn such things? 

They learn such things from us. Therefore, always try to encourage them to tell the truth and reveal their faults. For teaching them such good things, sometimes the elders should admit their mistakes in front of their children and should explain to them the advantage of such things.

They should be explained, that if they would learn to tell the truth and to admit their mistakes, they would never need to be afraid of anyone. Even though the situation becomes worse a little, you could get also many many advantages from it.
