Do you want to be an entrepreneur? If yes, then remember a few important elements which are needed for it.

* Skill- Having a good skill in a particular sector is very important if someone wants to be an entrepreneur.  

Entrepreneur means a person who runs his own institution and all the employee of that institution follow the guideline of that person/entrepreneur. So, it is very important to have a good knowledge or skill in his field otherwise he/her guideline will take the institution in the wrong direction.

* Courage-  An Entrepreneur has always to face ups and downs, difficulties, crises, etc. Therefore, a person becomes frustrated easily in such conditions if he has no courage. An entrepreneur is not alone but some other people are also with him. If there will be no courage in the entrepreneur, he will lose track even in a little difficulty. And the other people also would lose their employment.

* Stability- Stability means the determination about one thing. If the entrepreneur will be confused about choosing his sector then he will never be able to succeed.

Some people choose professions by seeing others' success and they leave their own field in which they have the knowledge and become failures. So, the entrepreneur should have stability in thinking, and in taking decisions of any kind.

*Patients- No sector is there which achieves success easily. All of them take time to succeed. Therefore, patience is the most important element for an entrepreneur. Because he has to face all kinds of difficult situations until his sector achieves success.

* Capital- However the capital is not given importance so much because a passionate entrepreneur becomes able to arrange capital to run his farm anyhow. 

And also it is seen many times that a man becomes a successful entrepreneur despite belonging to a poor family. Therefore, we can put this element at the last of our list of important elements.

But we should keep it in our mind that without capital no one can run an institution because no institution can give profit in a short time.

If you have no capital you can arrange and start a farm.

* Experience-  We can't avoid that the experience is also important for running an institution. If you want to be an entrepreneur, you must have experience in some fields. Like you should have experience of marketing, you should have experience how to run an institution, you should have experience of the new technologies which would help to make your institution successful, etc.

So these were the few elements that are most important for running an institution/field/company.

However, many people are also there who jump up in a sector despite having no knowledge and no experience and become successful also. But they do such things not in an easy way. They do extraordinary strive in their field. But your courage and patients are most important. And you can't do anything without it.
