Entrepreneurship: Why do most men want to be an entrepreneur?

Entrepreneur means a person who is his own master/boss. A person who runs a Farm or an institution on his own and provides employment to at least five people is an entrepreneur.

But why do most people want to be an entrepreneur?

Why do many people leave their luxury job and become an entrepreneur? 

There are many reasons for doing so. 

A few reasons for being an entrepreneur

* Freedom- Most of the men do not like to work under someone. Even though he gets a good salary but there is the pressure he has always to face. Some people don't bear a boss over him, neither they can bear the misbehavior of their Boss. Such people want to be the Boss of others', and want to serve employment to other people instead of asking for a job from others.

Those who want to be an entrepreneur, want to be free in taking decisions, want to be free in making rules-regulation for their Institutions, and in selecting people for making a team for his institution. Such people always want freedom for doing everything, therefore, they like to be an entrepreneur instead of being an employee of an institution or of a company.

* Self-dependence- Although, freedom and self-dependence are similar words. But there is a difference also be found in them, like in entrepreneurship, a man becomes self-dependent. He becomes able to take any kind of decision about his institution or company. He can recruit people for making a team for his Institution. And also can lay off a person if needed.

An entrepreneur can use his capital wherever he needs and for that, he no needs to ask anyone.

* Disrespect-  Most of the time, disrespect becomes a reason for leaving jobs, and becoming an entrepreneur. Even though a man gets a good salary from his job but it is not a good profession if there is no respect for the employees. 

Many times, many Institutions and companies give some targets to their employees to fulfill them. And the boss of the company or institution becomes angry and says bad language to his employees in case the target is not completed. 

Sometimes many employees can't achieve their target even after a lot of effort and become a victim of the anger of their bosses. Such people decide to leave their jobs and become an entrepreneur.

* Refusing of being a puppet- Sometimes, someone's ego does not allow them to be a puppet of a hand of someone.

When a man starts to realize that he is merely a puppet of his boss and for the institution for which he strives day and night. He starts feeling sorrow and leaves his job and becomes an entrepreneur because he comes to know that after being an entrepreneur there no one will be his master and his effort and strive both will get the identity.
