Management is just like art. All arts are special because arts make a thing as well as life beautiful. Management also is an art because it too makes anything beautiful.

All kinds of management like the management of a party, the management of an office, the management of a family, or the management of a school, or a hotel or a restaurant are influenced by the activeness of a manager.

Therefore, a manager has to be active in managing a farm.






For managing anything, the course is not an important 


Although, many people think that a managing course is very important for a management job. However, every organization and firm asks for a certificate before appointing a manager but even without doing a course, a man can do a managing job perfectly. Just like a painter can paint or draw a portrait without training.




What is required for a managing job?


* A powerful mind 

* A man doing quality

* Patience 

* Intelligence

* Politeness

1) A powerful mind- it is an important quality which is needed for a managing job. because all kinds of management depend upon a mind or a brain that can think which thing to manage where?





2) A managing quality- this is a kind of inborn quality that is found inside a person without getting a course. In fact, sometimes some special qualities can be found in someone without learning them anywhere. So here, I am talking about such kind of managing quality.

3) patience- Patience is most important for managing a farm. Patience is a quality that helps a person to win a losing game and to achieve success in the field on which you are working.

So, always keep patience during managing anything whether it is a farm, a hotel, a restaurant, an office, a school, or a home.




4) Intelligence - Without intelligence, a managing job can't be done. Intelligence helps us to think about how to manage, and also helpes us to gain knowledge about the different parts of a farm. 


5)politeness-  Politeness is also as important for this job as any other quality. In a managing job, one has to work with many kinds of people at a single time. The person who is manages a field has to give instructions to the other junior companions. In such conditions, politeness helps a person so much. If one has a quality of politeness, one can handle people very easily.
