It's just impossible that a PM of any country is on a trip and he might be stuck anywhere, because, a PM of a country is not just a common man. Before moving, there is a good plan always made by the security officers for any VIP, and for a smooth travelling for such VIP man. But the Punjab government became a failure in it.

On Monday morning, PM Narendra Modi reached Bhatinda airport to fly to the national Martyrs memorial and then decided to join the rally on a helicopter, but the trip was cancelled due to bad weather and his team went on the roadway. But his team was sieged by a number of protesters.

According to the facts, by seeing the seriousness of the condition, the security team of the PM asked for help from the government of Punjab. But there is no activeness and seriousness have shown by them. Then PM and team had to return to the Bhatinda airport. 

PM Modi's trip was well-planned and pre-communicated to the Punjab government

As the chief minister of Punjab Channi said, "PM Modi's security was not lapsed by the Punjab government, but whatever happened were due to the sudden changes in the schedule of PM" is a lie. 

According to the facts, PM Modi's trip and really was pre-planned and was communicated to the Punjab government. They were informed about this rally and insured about the security arrangement of PM.
