Few points of keeping a family environment happy 

In a family, the role of a man and a woman are equal. But sometimes men try to rid of playing responsibility and sometimes women also. But mostly a man found riding off from their responsibilities, and women comparatively less.

Did you ever observe, When basically family disputes arise? 

It arises when one labor hard and another takes advantage of it. 

Inside a family, each and every member must have equal work to do. All the household work should be shared equally between the members of the family.

Exactly the same, the responsibility of running a family and of earning money should be shared between men and women. I have observed very closely that the family dispute arises for two main reasons one is earning money and the other is the household work.

Lacking playing responsibility is a prominent reason for family disputes

It is very genuine that if one is laboring hard for the family and the other members are found to be escaping from playing their responsibility, seeing this one becomes angry. 

Often it is seen in an Indian middle-class family that doing household is the responsibility of women and earning money is of men. It seems just like a commitment. Because neither of them wants to help each other in playing their responsibility, then eventually, the disputes occur in a family when one gets tired and the other one does not help him/her.

Sensitivity is a prominent element for a family 

For keeping the family environment happy, each member would have to be sensitive. Love, feelings, care, sensitivity, are the words of bonding. These are the things that tied the members together in a family. 

But in a family, whether it is joint or nuclear, there is a lack of such things always found. Therefore, very few families are found to be happy fully. 

It is seen always, that a joint family is avoided by the people of this era. But yet very few people are happy in spite of living in a nuclear family. This is because most of them don't know about the main keys to happiness. They don't know that for keeping a family happy it is very important to show their love, care, sensitivity to each other.

So always remember, that love, care, sensitivity are the main keys to happiness in a family and keep them sustained.
