A Few Points Of Motivation

We all like changes but very few men have the ability to bring it

We all like changes, like changes in the menu, changes in everyday life, changes in routine, changes in dressing, changes in the style of every kind. But we want someone else would bring such kinds of changes.

Because, even though we all like changes, the guts to bring a change does not have in everyone. Anyone in lakhs of people thinks about bringing changes.

Even if we get bored by the same menu of our diet, we feel lazy to cook something different instantly, instead, we want some other one would cook something different, something new for us.

We want some changes in society but----

Many of us want few changes in society. Suppose, you want to establish a park in your neighborhood, but do ever you try to take the first step for it? It is a big matter, even it is seen, if there is a big stone on the road which interrupts the traffic, no one comes to remove it from the road. Here also, we expect someone else to come and remove it.

We all try to avoid such things by saying it is a compulsion or by giving excuses, but we don't have the guts or power to change anything.

The qualities that must have in a person for bringing changes

Do you know, why can't we able to bring any changes?  This is because we do have not the important elements which are a must to have in us. Like 

* Courage- Courage is the first and the most prominent element which leads a person to bring any changes because, after any change, there can be some negative consequences as well, so it is a must to have courage in a person to face it and to take its responsibility who want to bring a change.

* Confidence- the confidence comes in the second position. The person who takes a decision to change something must have confidence that the decision that has been taken by him is completely correct.

* Intelligence- Intelligence is the most important quality for doing any work. And if the matter is to bring a change in any field, intelligence leads the right path. A man becomes able to decide when the decision should be taken, how should be taken, and what should be taken. 

Without intelligence, courage and confidence do not work.

* Power- Although, power exists in someone when courage, confidence, and intelligence work together inside a man. The man who had courage, confidence, and intelligence, is sure to have power because here, power does not mean physical force. 

* Intension- Even though I mentioned this point in the fifth position, actually, it should be in the first position. Because even though one has courage, confidence, intelligence, and power but without having an intention, no one can do anything.

Therefore, those men who have such qualities, surely have the ability to bring changes in a field. Whether you believe it or not, we should be proud that our Prime Minister Mr. Narendra Modi has the ability, and I think he is the most eligible man of our country and also a man who never be late to bring a change.
