1) Experiences are most important for everyone for making his career 

'Experience' means, having knowledge in something. But how can one gain experience in something? Because for gaining knowledge or experience in something, one would have to enter into the things. But no workplace lets you in without experience.

Then what to do?

a)Make a career in which you have experience 

Every people have a deep experience at least in one thing definitely since their childhood.

For example, Somebody has an experience of dancing, somebody has of singing, somebody have of cooking, somebody have drawing and crafting.

Therefore, in such cases, they should make a career in such sectors. In this way, they would have a good experience in their field.

b) For making a career one should be firm in his choice

If someone wants to build his career, first of all, he needs to select his field, and need to be firm in his choice. Because frequently changing of sectors, would reduce the efficiency of someone. 

So, for being efficient, one would have to continue with that work and need to be passionate about that.

Although, many people think that only one sector is not sufficient for their whole life. One rather should hold more than one source of earning for backup. 

But I think that one sector in which one has proper knowledge is sufficient for the whole life. But one can do spread it in many ways for backup.

2) Keeping patients is another quality for making a career 

Success can't be achieved without patients. Nothing goes rise within a day or two. But if someone continues with one work and keeps his patients with that work then definitely he will succeed to build his career in that field.

Sometimes, some people start work, keep it continue for a few months or years, then leave it if he does not get any positive result. Sometimes it seeks time for rising up. 

Therefore, gaining experience by keeping patience is another necessity for making a career.

 

3) Keep on yourself in the sector in which you want to build your career 

If someone wants to be a good dancer then he has to keep dancing on a regular basis. In this way, he will be perfect in dancing and will be successful to build his career in dance. 

Exactly the same, if someone selects the sector for building a career, then he needs to do practices on that on a regular basis. Because career-making needs perfection, and perfection comes with more practice.

Keep observing others' work and do compare your work with them 

Don't do copy others. But take knowledge and ideas from their work. We always learn things by observing others. We never, nothing learn on its own. We always need ideas from others. So, for making a career, it is important of having deep knowledge of something, and we can get knowledge by observing others' work. 

* We can observe their way of working.

* We can observe their dedication towards their work.

* We can observe their timetable and can follow them.

* We can observe the regularity that they maintain in their work and can apply it in our own lives also. In this way, we can successfully make our career in our chosen sector.
