Why is it difficult for women to reach their destination?

This topic is about the women not about the girls, the women who are a housewife as well as a mother.

Achieving a goal is the toughest for everyone. But it becomes more difficult for a woman who is a housewife and a mother.

As being a mother her children her children become her first priority. She never compromises with her children's happiness. She can leave her dream but not her children.

But what about those women who want to carry on the both together?

How she would manage the both together?

And what if her husband is not a helpful guy?

A woman always becomes weak before her children, and this is a big reason for her pain. If any housewife decides to do something and to earn money then she rarely gets support from her family.

Responsibilities of a mother

A woman becomes a failure to achieve her goal and for that, this becomes a prominent reason, The responsibility gets multiply when a woman becomes a mother. All her family members want her to play the responsibility of a mother first, and to take all the responsibility of her children by herself and no one wants to help her even her husband also.

In such conditions, if any woman is already in any post, she is pressurized by her family members to leave her job and to take care of the house.

Such cases can be seen mostly in Indian middle-class families. Because in an Indian middle-class family the typical mindset of women do not let their daughters-in-law do jobs outside, because by doing so by their daughters-in-law, they would have to take care of the children as well as the family in their absence. Because in a middle-class family, the household work is the biggest issue for disputes.

The mindset of Indian middle-class family

In India where the middle-class family have minimum income and living, the standard is also low, and there is no servant and no maid working, the mindset of most families are, the daughters-in-law are only for doing household chores and for taking care of children, then how could it be possible for women to do jobs outside.

Therefore, where there are such typical and narrow thoughts flourishes, there is impossible for a woman to work outside and earn money, and also difficult to achieve her goal.

If any family allows their women to work outside even then it becomes tough for the women because they have to manage the house also after coming back home. But if we talk about upper-class families, such difficulties rarely can be seen there, and that is because of the high standard of living and of good thinking of the family members.

Less supporting nature of husbands

In a family, the husbands and the wives are dependent on each other for their every work and all works becomes easy by helping each other.

Most of the husbands think that the household work and taking care of children are the responsibilities of women, and also they think that the men work outside and earn money for the family and this is only their responsibility nothing else. Whilst Women have no choice, they have to manage the family and the working place together despite being jobholders. The women have to cook for the family after returning home, and have to take care of their children.

Unselfishness and adjusting nature

This is one of the good qualities in women. A woman always tries to keep her family environment peaceful and the family member happy, and for this reason sometimes she sacrifices her wishes as well as her dream for the family. A woman never thinks about her own happiness but she does everything for the happiness of her family members.

A woman is free to do everything before marriage but when she gets married she becomes dependent upon the decision of her in-law family members and upon her husband. And in most cases, women accept all things happily and without any complaint.

Women have always a compromising nature, they accept everything that they think is favorable for their family and their children.

Therefore, because of this reason also they become unsuccessful to complete their dream and achieving their goal.
