'Tension', is a very common but very sensitive word among us. In the present era, there is no one in the world who has no tension at all. We all are suffering from at least one tension surely.
But, is there any means to rid off of tension?
If we will think from one side, then no! but on another side, then yes! NO! is because we do not want to rid off of it, we always hold the tension tightly. The tension has penetrated into our hearts and mind. Actually, we should not think about riding off of tension rather, we should learn to deal with tension. Because tension is one of the parts of human life. that's why it cannot be got rid of. In that case, we would have to learn to fight with it. And we can do it with our own effort. So, here I am going to mention the means which I apply to myself when I tensed. And also I'm going to share my own ways of dealing with tension.
So, the first way of mine is:
1. Change your mind-
This is the first means that I always apply on my own. Here, 'change your mind' means, when anyone becomes severely upset, that time, that one needs to talk to someone. But first of all one should stop thinking about that respective point which is the main reason for the tension and should change the mind by recreation like (by reading books, watching movies, by spending time with friends or own people, by playing favorite games), etc., etc.
And after that, when feeling fresh and energetic, think about the topic.
2. Always do motivate yourself
It is not possible, to have always someone around to motivate you in a complex situation. So, making strong to own is most important and learning self-motivation is compulsory.
When someone is tensed highly, change the way of thinking means to say, try to ignore the loss and think from the beginning and in a new form. And think only about your performance not for the result. Because, thinking about the result, sometimes becomes an obstacle for your best performance.
And bad performance means bad results. And a bad result also sometimes becomes the reason for the tension. Moreover, thinking about the result is a prominent reason for our tension.
3. Less thinking about the result
You can realize that the prominent reason for our tension oftentimes is the result of our performance. We do concentrate on our results instead of thinking about our performance.
Although I have mentioned a little bit of this topic before in the second point, actually I wanted to explain the topic in detail, because, I got this point as a prominent reason for tension.
We all think often about the results of our performance that we have to do, or we already have done, and we get tensed. But in actually. We should think deeply about the way by which we could make our performance best.
In this way, we can reduce our tension and can make our performance best. And then :
Good performance = Good result = Less tension.
This is a quite satisfactory formula, isn't it?
4. Leave the situation on time
Sometimes this method goes very useful when we got tensed in some situation and it seems very complicated to be solved automatically.
Don't know, you will be agreed with me or not.
When we get entangled in our own in any complex situation and we found ourselves in a severe condition, we tensed highly. Sometimes such tensions become deadly for us. So, at that time it is very important to make ourselves calm and cool. And for instant relaxation, stopping thinking completely and leaving the situation at that respective time, sometimes becomes the best option.
