What is responsibility ? And how should we play our Responsibility ?

What is Responsibility?

Responsibility is the most essential part of our duties. Although we think that the responsibility and the duty are the same, I think there is a hairline difference between both of them.

From my point of view, duty is that, which we can leave according to the circumstance, but responsibility, we never leave, and even should never be left. Although, there are some special manners for playing responsibility.

How should we play our Responsibility?

Responsibility is not merely a word, because somebody sacrifices their whole life to give existence to this word yet they do not get a good result. But the main thing is that those who play their responsibility never expect the result.

Responsibility is a duty that seeks the dedication of someone and instead of it, can't you expect anything. But sometimes you can get a little praise from someone but always be ready to accept a lot of complain also.

But those people who like to do their duties without any expectation

have no problems with praises or complaints, they keep doing their duties.

 

Don't expect returns for playing responsibility

The first one is, don't expect a return overplaying responsibility. Do you want to know the meaning of the above-mentioned line? It means that play your all responsibilities but don't think about appreciation because wanting praise or appreciation won't let you do properly your performance. In your life, the place of responsibility should be as essential as food is. As we take food in time and at certain intervals and without any permission or agreement of anyone, and after finishing food as we do not expect praise or appreciation from others, in the same way, we should play our responsibility.

We should think also that responsibility is not just merely a duty, it is a part of our life and we have to play this essential part at all costs.

   The second one is, always play responsibility by your heart, and never let it be shrinkage. Although most of us try to escape from it because playing responsibility perfectly is not an easy job.

In the present era, there is no meaning for responsibility, rather now it becomes mare a word, a precious word. Because in present time we all want a simple and easy life. And the person who plays responsibility properly having no simple life.

So the above lines of mine, for those friends who truly want to play their responsibility properly. Because I know that, many of my friends will take those lines as meaningless. But those, who truly admire their job as meditation, never think it as meaningless.

 Always enjoy performing your duties

The third one is, enjoy it. It is said always that, the job which you enjoy can be done perfectly and it never becomes a burden for you. So, enjoy it while you play your duties, and also include it in your life, as you include your essential work in your daily routine, as we do brush our teeth daily, we bathe daily, we take food daily, etc., etc. We all do these jobs without avoiding them. In the same way, responsibilities should be played without avoiding.

If you ever become weak or feel unable to perform it, that time think about the negative result of it.

I am explaining it with an example. Suppose that, you have a responsibility to cook food daily for your family, and sometimes you feel bored because it is your daily routine work, and generally we feel bore to do the same work daily, that time think about the negative part of it like if  I will not cook food, my children will remain empty stomach, if I will not cook, unnecessarily I would have to spend a big amount on purchasing the readymade food, which may be health issue also, etc., etc. and thus, you will be recharged and would be able to play your responsibility properly.

Always motivate yourself

The fourth one is, always motivate yourself, this line is one of my most favorite lines and I insist everybody implement this line in their life because this line is most important for recharging oneself. Sometimes we get tired by our heart, body and even by brain also, and this happens sometimes because of few unfavorable circumstances around us, sometimes because of tribulation inside a family and also because of few unbearable languages of our own people. Because of such circumstance, we begin to feel upset, disappointed, and helpless and make us weak for playing our responsibility. In that time, self-motivation works extensively. Because you can't get anyone around you who will come to motivate you, 

So, these were few perspectives from my side overplaying responsibility.
