1)Take your basic meals at the proper time.

2) Wake up early in the morning.

3) Do some exercise, yoga any one of them at least for 10 to 15 minutes.

4) Always try to keep yourself calm cool and stress-free.

5)Avoid eating oily and spicy food. 

6) Always take a moderate sleep.

7) Always think positive and keep an optimistic perspective.

8) Always try to keep a smiling face and a cheerful appearance.

9) Always behave softly.

10)Avoid anger.

These were few tips, by applying them one can stay beautiful, healthy, and fit always and for longer.

Now  I am going to discuss them a little extensively.




The first point is about our meal. We know that it is not only an essential but also a mandatory part of our life. We can't avoid it. All of us know that each meal ( breakfast, lunch, dinner) is important, but the more important thing is to take them at the proper time, otherwise many physical problems will arise, plumpness is one of them. 

We always try to avoid plumpness mainly those,  who want to stay fit and beautiful for longer, who would never want to be plump. Isn't it?

So, in that case, we have to take our meal on time. And also should avoid overeating. When we remain empty stomachs so long and after that when we get food, we forget thinking about overeating, and we keep eating until our stomach gets full. And as a result, plumpness takes place in our bodies. So it is important to take the meals in short duration and also in moderate quantity.


Moderate sleeping is also as essential as moderate diet is. Not only that, going to bed at the time and waking up early morning are also important for good and fit health. Nor it is good to sleep more nor to sleepless. Many problems like dark circles around the eyes, irritation, anger, less concentration arise due to less sleeping, same as that more sleeping also becomes a factor for many physical problems.


Exercise, yoga, etc. keep our body and mind fresh and active, this sentence is familiar among us, because we have been hearing it since our childhood. But ever have we applied it in our life? It really works. It is very effective but not doing it just by once rather do it daily on a regular basis. If you have no time at all nevertheless do it at least for 10 to 15 minutes.


Your behavior is another factor for good-looking and smart-looking. We have heard several times that a healthy mind flourishes inside a healthy body and beautiful thinking makes a person beautiful.  So it's mean all the things are interconnected to one another.

So, it is very important that your behavior should be soft and good and your mind should be calm, cool, and stressless because these things help you to make yourself beautiful and also help you to improve your personality.

For looking beautiful it is not necessary that you should be fair or pretty, rather your beautiful behavior makes you more beautiful.


 A smiling face and cheerful appearance help to present you as a confident person. And a positive mind and an optimistic perspective help you to represent yourself as a successful man or woman. All these things play an important role to make you the ultimate person.

While in another hand 'anger' play a role to spoil your personality. No one would like you if you are a person having anger no matter how beautiful are you.


So,  behave well! think positive ! be calm and cool! eat timely and stay beautiful!
