Few Tips For  Best Teaching

Teaching is an art. And only an artist can play an art properly. Although no tips are needed for an artist to show talent yet, here I am sharing my own perspective only.

Tips for best teaching

1) Be experienced and keep gaining experience.

2) Lead your students to the right path.

3) Generate goodness within you.

4) Be dedicated to your work.

5) Always keep an inspiring perspective in your mind.

Which quality is required to become the best teacher?

 Teaching is not only a profession but also a dignity for all mankind. Not all individuals can become good teachers. All say that for becoming the best teacher the highest degree like B.ed, M.ed, etc. are the essential requirement. But I think these are not sufficient elements.

                                                                                                                                                         Actually, I am not ready to accept that, the crucial requirement is the highest degree for this post even any post. My own perspective says that no degree is needed to show one's talent because talent is a degree only in itself. And my talent is teaching. And what is required for teaching, is Experience.  

1) Experience -Experience is the prominent element for teaching rather than any work. I have been teaching since my a teenager. not only that, the big thing is I enjoy this job. I teach from the bottom of my heart, I teach until my students are able to learn, I never feel tired during teaching, I never feel bore over this job. And these are the fundamental requirement for any job.

 But you know, the so-called reputed schools never think over all these, what they want an only degree. I have analyzed in several reputed schools. The so-called degree holders who have zero intention to teach, they got a post as a teacher. now think, what and how will they teach. Teaching is an art, and only an artist can perform one's art well. But I can't explain them. 

 

2) Leadership - My viewpoint says that one is the best teacher who leaves his entity behind him after his going. In India there is a special designation for teacher, here we called them  'Guru ' means a person who leads you to the right path or one who could take you out from darkness to the light. A real teacher is one who leads you without any selfishness. 

                                                                           

3) Goodness - A teacher is a complete word consist of all the goodness of the world.

 

From my viewpoint, that man is a complete teacher who has humbleness,  grace, decorum, moderation, tolerance, and honesty. Because a teacher is known as the mirror of society.  

The word "Teacher" is not just a word or post rather it is a responsibility.

a) A responsibility of making one's career.

b) A responsibility of showing the right path to an individual.

c) A responsibility of making one's future.

d) A responsibility of spreading light in the darkness.

So, that responsibility can be played only by that person who has all the above-mentioned qualities.

                                      

4) Dedication -It is said, that very few people in the world who does not live their lives for themselves rather for others. As we see, the life of a doctor, nurse, police, teacher, etc. they have a prominent vision in their lives. If they consider that their lives are only for serving the people they could realize their responsibility. But in most cases, an individual takes a post only for earning money, and they lose their moral values even they deviate also from their basic principles. So according to Indian thinking, only teachers are left. Not a Guru at all.

5) Inspiring perspective - I think a teacher must have an inspiring perspective. 

 

Do you know what is that?

A teacher should never forget that at one time he was also a student. And one becomes a teacher by crossing that stage. So a teacher should have all the qualities and feelings and a perspective that he used to find in his own teacher.  

When a teacher begins to explain something to a student, he has to know the capability of absorbing the particular student and according to that, he has to modify his explaining quality. And I think this is the crucial part which must be played by each and every teacher.

6 ) Politeness - This is a big quality that should be within each and every teacher. Because education makes us polite and humble. And before becoming a teacher an individual has to become educated and then one can able to become a teacher. 

But today the word politeness has completely disappeared and the same is in teachers of a new era. Because today an individual becomes a teacher for earning money only and thus, they have no intention to know the required qualities of a teacher as well as they are unknown about their duties also.

A sentence is very popular, " The tree loaded with fruits is always remain bowed, so that anyone can be able to get its fruits ".

This sentence is quite meaningful and it gives us the message, that the person having virtues has many responsibilities also. And he always should be polite so that anyone could get his light of wisdom.

But just think about it, and look around you, How many truly wise people are there in the society, who have politeness?

My perspective says that wisdom is useless which is unable to give light in the darkness.

So, these were few points for best teaching I think.
